Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Production Time

All of our products are custom printed, so production time is required before shipping.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Production time may vary depending on the product, quantity, and finishing options selected.
Rush production may be available for select products. Please contact us before placing your order if you require an urgent turnaround.

Shipping Time

Shipping begins after production is complete.

Delivery times typically range from 1–7 business days, depending on your location within Canada and the shipping service selected.
Shipping timelines are in addition to production time.

Shipping Carriers

We use Shipper V2 to manage and fulfill all shipments.

Shipper V2 selects the most appropriate carrier based on destination, package size, and service level.
Shipping services may include Canada Post or trusted courier partners.
Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is complete.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand (such as holidays).
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
