No Returns on Custom Orders

All of our products are custom printed to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.


Custom Printed Products

Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Business cards

  • Banners

  • Signs

  • Posters

  • Stickers

  • Any product customized with customer-provided artwork, text, sizing, or finishing options

This policy applies even if the item is no longer needed or preferences change after ordering.


Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange a reprint or replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion and typically only if a reprint is not possible.


Artwork Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling or grammar errors in approved artwork

  • Colour variations due to screen vs. print differences

  • Incorrect sizes or quantities selected at checkout

  • Design issues in customer-submitted files

Once artwork is approved, the order is considered final.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify for refunds or returns once an order has shipped.
